Hi Neel, thank you for reading! When I mentioned side project culture, I meant internally within Microsoft to enhance products either immediately or accumulate knowledge for the future. This includes things like MCP frameworks or exploring new product ideas that might not be part of your core role but even parallel teams. It's been interesting to see cross-team collaboration where one team's project can turn into a playground for another team to build on.
